We can include up to three pets per tote—this ensures each portrait keeps its unique detail and pawsonality. Just select the correct quantity based on your pets and leave the magic to us!

That said, we highly recommend creating a unique tote for each furry companion. Different styles, colors, and moods—because each pet deserves their own spotlight!

What size is the tote, and can it fit a laptop?

The tote measures 35cm x 40cm—lightweight yet roomy. It comfortably fits your books, groceries, or a 13” laptop. It's also perfect for carrying your pet’s treats, toys, or essentials on your daily adventures together.

Is the artwork printed or embroidered?

We’re proud believers in the beauty and creativity of hand-drawn art. Each portrait is lovingly illustrated by our artist over 4–5 hours, capturing every little detail that makes the pet truly unique.

Then, your artwork is carefully printed and made into a finished tote in our independent studio. It’s not just a print—it’s a heartfelt gift for our pets.

Can I customize the text on the bag?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to add any custom text—just leave your request and we’ll try our best to bring it to life.
