Custom Portraits

Can I preview my pet portrait?

Yes. You will receive a preview of your pet portrait before it goes into production. Each customer is entitled to up to two rounds of complimentary revisions. Any additional revision will incur a USD$10 fee per round. *Please note that once the drawing has begun, the pet photo cannot be changed.

Each portrait takes 4–5 hours of hand-drawing time, and we kindly ask for your understanding and respect for the artist’s effort and time.

You will have 7 calendar days to approve your artwork upon receiving the preview. If we do not receive a response within this period, we will consider the artwork approved and proceed with production. ***To ensure timely delivery, we recommend reviewing and approving the portrait as soon as possible. ***If you’re waiting on our email, please check your spam or promotions folder in case it was filtered.

What makes a pawfect pet photo?

We check all pet photos we receive, and usually they are amazing. But don't worry! If the photo can't be used for the portrait, we will email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos.

The quality of the photo directly affects the final portrait. Please make sure to read our Photo Guide carefully.

The best photo is one taken at your pet’s eye level and in good, natural lighting—clear, relaxed, and true to life.We review every photo we receive, and most of them turn out great! But if your photo isn’t suitable for pet portrait, don’t worry—we’ll reach out via email, explain the issue, and ask you to send a few new options.

Can I have more than one pet in my custom creations?

Absolutely! Some of our designs do support multiple pets. At the same time, many of our collections—like our Birthday Edition mugs or Gallery Series magnets—are specially designed to highlight the unique charm of each individual pet.

That’s why many customers choose to order separate pieces for each furry friend, tailored to their color, character, and pawsonality. It’s a lovely way to celebrate what makes each pet one of a kind!

Can you draw any type of pet?

Absolutely! While many of our portraits feature dogs, we’ve also created custom portraits and goodies for cats, rabbits, and hamsters.

At OkeDoggy, every life is respected, and every bond between pets and their humans deserves to be celebrated.

Can you draw a portrait in memory of my pet—even if my photos aren’t perfect?

Absolutely—we’d be honored to help you celebrate your bond. While high-quality pet photos help our artists capture the finest details and pawsonality, we understand that some memories are too special to recreate.

Please add any unique features in your order notes—like an ear tilt or facial spots—so our artists can capture your pet naturally and faithfully to your memories.

What is Digital Download?

The Digital Download is a high-resolution digital copy of your custom pet portrait. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the finished pet portrait created by our artist as a keepsake for personal use.

Orders & Changes

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

You may request to cancel or change your order within 30 minutes of purchase. After this window, we’re unable to accept any cancellations or changes, as the artwork process may already be underway.

We appreciate your understanding—each portrait is hand-drawn, and work often begins shortly after your order is placed.

Do you offer personalized notes?

Yes! You can add a handwritten greeting card to your order for an additional $2.99.

Your notes will be carefully written by our in-house calligrapher on a dog-themed card, featuring original artwork by OkeDoggy’s artists—a heartfelt touch for any gift.

Shipping & Delivery

Is global delivery available?

Yes! We ship worldwide and offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
For orders under $100, standard shipping is $6.99.
Need it faster? Express shipping is available for $9.99 at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping typically takes 2–3 weeks. During holidays or peak seasons, it may take up to 3–4 weeks due to increased demand.

To receive your furry surprise as soon as possible—especially if it’s for a special occasion—we recommend placing your order early and promptly approving your portrait during the review stage.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

*However, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs clearance issues or incorrect shipping information. Please make sure to double-check your address and contact details at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, and more via Shopify Payments.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes can't be combined with sitewide promotions.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all of our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason—including size issues.

*Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order, especially for items like apparel.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to shipping, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost—no returns required.

How long does it take to get a response?

We usually reply within 1 business day. During peak seasons or holidays, it may take a little longer—but we promise we’re on it!
