At OKEDOGGY, every product we make is custom-created for you and your pet, with love and creativity at the core. Because of the personalized nature of our items—including custom mugs, rugs, placemats, fridge magnets, and tote bags—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Order Cancellations & Changes
You may request a cancellation or change within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing us at support@okedoggy.com.
We may decline cancellation or change requests
If possible, we will offer a partial refund minus a processing fee
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want every custom piece to arrive pawfectly. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match the design you ordered, we will replace it free of charge—no returns needed.
Low-resolution, blurry, or filtered images may result in reduced accuracy or detail.
We can make minor edits (e.g. remove red-eye, adjust brightness), but cannot change facial expressions or poses (e.g. open mouth, add smile).
Special Requests
You may leave special notes at checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that every request will be fulfilled due to the artistic and custom nature of our process.
Promo Code Policy
Only one promo code may be used per order.
Promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined, and may have minimum order value or expiration date.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively—please make sure your code is correctly entered before completing checkout.
