All OKEDOGGY products are made-to-order and fully customized based on the photo and details you submit. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, order errors, or dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations.
Because our artists often begin working shortly after you place your order:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match the product you ordered, we’ll gladly provide a replacement.
To qualify, please contact us at support@okedoggy.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We use the exact photo you upload with your order to create your custom artwork. The quality of your final product depends directly on the quality of your photo. Please ensure it is high-resolution, well-lit, front-facing, and free from heavy filters or obstructions.
While we allow notes to be added to your order, we cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.
We can make light edits such as removing red-eye or adjusting eye color, but we cannot perform advanced manipulations such as altering expressions, adding smiles, or modifying pet features.
We’ve made every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your device’s screen will reflect them precisely.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined, transferred, or applied retroactively after your purchase is completed.
All artwork and product designs created by OKEDOGGY are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be reproduced, resold, or modified for commercial use without express written permission.
