Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our custom products to you.

1. CUSTOM PRODUCT NATURE

All OKEDOGGY products are made-to-order and individually customized based on the photos and instructions you provide. As such, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the incorrect item or variant (e.g., wrong size or color)
  • Changing your mind after placing the order
  • Disliking the final product due to personal preference or expectation mismatch

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and confirm that you have reviewed your selections carefully.

2. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel or make changes to your order within 30 minutes of order confirmation. After this period, no changes or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances, as the creation process may have already begun.

OKEDOGGY reserves the right to decline any late modification or cancellation requests. If we choose to accommodate an exception, a processing fee may apply to cover administrative and design-related costs.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from what was confirmed in your order:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@okedoggy.com]
  • Your request must include: your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear, unedited photographs of the product in question

We will assess the claim and, if verified, provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrect orders.

4. PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

Your custom artwork is based exactly on the photo(s) you submit. To ensure optimal results:

  • Photos must be high-resolution, well-lit, front-facing, and free of obstructions or filters.
  • Blurry, poorly lit, or unclear photos may result in lower-quality artwork, for which OKEDOGGY is not liable.

While we accept notes and requests during order submission, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all specific requests. Minor edits (e.g., red-eye removal, slight color adjustment) may be accommodated at our discretion. We do not offer advanced image manipulation, such as expression changes, adding features, or pose alterations.

5. PRODUCT DISPLAY & COLORS

We make every effort to display our products and artwork accurately. However, due to variations in device screens and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee exact color matching between what you see online and the delivered product.

6. PRICING & PROMOTIONS

  • All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Promotional codes or discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Only one promo code can be used per order.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original artwork, designs, and content provided by OKEDOGGY remain the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. No reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • OKEDOGGY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
  • Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
