Our talented artists spend 4–5 hours hand-drawing each pet portrait, capturing every detail—and every bit of your pet’s unique personality.
We also partner with small craft studios, not factories, so every piece is made with patience and love—not mass production. And yes—you approve every design before we print. Always.

We use responsible materials, ethical production methods, and eco-friendly packaging. And we’ve been donating food regularly to stray animals shelters, and we volunteer in local Dr. Dog programs to help improve the wellbeing of the community.

Due to the custom nature, the production process is different from mass-produced, factory-line items. For this reason, we strongly recommend avoiding dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, or any high-heat appliances, as they may affect the longevity of the mug.
Note: After enjoying your drink, simply rinse the mug with water to keep it clean and in good condition—no harsh washing needed.
For the birthday-themed design, we do not currently offer customization on the inside of the mug.
